The electric steering pump serves as the core component of the Electric Hydraulic Power Steering (EHPS)

system; it is also utilized in hydraulic power units and the specialized superstructures of commercial

vehicles. Typically, electric steering pumps are paired with vane pumps, which are prone to wear under

high-pressure conditions and experience a significant drop in flow rate as pressure increases. In contrast,

our systems are equipped with silent gear pumps. These pumps offer shock resistance and a service life

exceeding national standards by more than twofold, while generating approximately 10 decibels less noise.

Furthermore, as constant-flow pumps—where the flow rate remains unaffected by pressure

fluctuations—they allow for the potential substitution of high-power units with lower-power alternatives.

用途与特征：

应用于惯性制动系统，牵引车制动时，将牵引车的惯性冲击转换成液压能，使制动器产生正常制动。牵引车制动时，与牵引车相连的牵引环受到惯性冲击，经牵引减震器缓冲，推动制动主缸活塞产生液压，通过制动管路作用于制动器轮缸，使制动器产生正常制动。

应急制动拉索与牵引车相连，当挂车脱挂后，牵引车拉动应急制动拉索使杠杆在簧片作用下进入锁止状态，杠杆顶住主缸活塞，使制动器实现应急制动。主缸缸径φ25.4mm，主缸行程30mm。
